Secured a large town centre site from a local authority for a private investor Client in the Surrey area and obtained outline planning for 38 Affordable units for a HA end user.
Appointed by a Land Owner to obtain Commercial (B1) use on a 2.4 acre Agricultural site in rural Sussex. Permission was granted for 7 large Agricultural buildings to be converted in to 11 small industrial units with new access road and additional parking spaces.
A listed conversion of a period town house was completed in 2016. The client has asked us to return to obtain permission for a mansard roof conversion and subject to permission we will utilise off-site construction to minimise risk, impact to the environment and the amount of time the construction team will need to spend on site.
