We remove the need for a Traditional Contractor by breaking the project down in to fully defined subcontractor packages, and engage expert firms on a strictly no sub-contracting basis. We Manage the works exactly as a Traditional Building Contractor would and the works are paid for 30 days in arrears to ensure the client remains at a financial advantage over the entire supply chain at every stage in the projects life-cycle.

Whether its a refurbishment project or new block of apartments we can demonstrate a Net reduction in construction costs of between 6-16%.

Our Site safety team are experts in disaster zone and contaminated land remediation. We have assisted clients with extensive decontamination projects all over the UK, ranging from minor disturbances of asbestos containing materials during the course of demolition and construction works, to major fire damage following extensive fly-tipping.
